【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60695specifiesthedetailsoftheglow-wiretesttobeappliedtotestspecimensofsolidelectricalinsulatingmaterialsorothersolidmaterialsforignitabilitytestingtodeterminetheglow-wireignitiontemperature(GWIT).TheGWITisthetemperaturewhichis25K(or30K)higherthanthemaximumtesttemperature,determinedduringthisstandardizedprocedure,atwhichthetestedmateriala)doesnotignite,orb)ifsustainedandcontinuousflamingcombustiondoesnotoccurforatimelongerthan5sforanysingleflameeventandthespecimenisnottotallyconsumed.Thistestisamaterialstestcarriedoutonaseriesofstandardtestspecimens.Thedataobtained,alongwithdatafromtheglow-wireflammabilityindex(GWFI)testmethodformaterials,IEC60695-2-12,canthenbeusedinapreselectionprocessinaccordancewithIEC60695-1-30tojudgetheabilityofmaterialstomeettherequirementsofIEC60695-2-11.ThisbasicsafetypublicationisintendedforusebytechnicalcommitteesinthepreparationofstandardsinaccordancewiththeprincipleslaiddowninIECGuide104andISO/IECGuide51.Oneoftheresponsibilitiesofatechnicalcommitteeis,whereverapplicable,tomakeuseofbasicsafetypublicationsinthepreparationofitspublications.Therequirements,testmethodsortestconditionsofthisbasicsafetypublicationwillnotapplyunlessspecificallyreferredtoorincludedintherelevantpublications.
