Scope: This procurement specification covers bolts and screws made from a corrosion and heat resistant, age hardenable iron base alloy of the type identified under the Unified Numbering Systems as UNS S66286. 【摘要】:Thesetestmethodsareintendedtoevaluatethedurationforwhichthetypesofbuildingelementsnotedin1.1containafire,retaintheirstructuralintegrity,orexhibitbothpropertiesduringapredeterminedtestexposure.Thetestexposesatestspecimentoastandardfirecontrolledtoachievespecifiedtemperaturesthroughoutaspecifiedtimeperiod.Whenrequired,thefireexposureisfollowedbytheapplicationofaspecifiedstandardfirehosestreamappliedinaccordancewithPracticeE2226.Thetestprovidesarelativemeasureofthefire-test-responseofcomparablebuildingelementsunderthesefireexposureconditions.Theexposureisnotrepresentativeofallfireconditionsbecauseconditionsvarywithchangesintheamount,natureanddistributionoffireloading,ventilation,compartmentsizeandconfiguration,andheatsinkcharacteristicsofthecompartment.Variationfromthetestconditionsortestspecimenconstruction,suchassize,materials,methodofassembly,alsoaffectsthefire-test-response.Forthesereasons,evaluationofthevariationisrequiredforapplicationtoconstructioninthefield.Theteststandardprovidesforthefollowing:Forwalls,partitions,andfloororrooftestspecimens:Measurementofthetransmissionofheat.Measurementofthetransmissionofhotgasesthroughthetestspecimen.Forloadbearingelements,measurementoftheloadcarryingabilityofthetestspecimenduringthetestexposure.Forindividualloadbearingmemberssuchasbeamsandcolumns:Measurementoftheloadcarryingabilityunderthetestexposurewithconsiderationfortheendsupportconditions(thatis,restrainedornotrestrained).Theteststandarddoesnotprovidethefollowing:Informationastoperformanceoftestspecimensconstructedwithcomponentsorlengthsotherthanthosetested.Evaluationofthedegreebywhichthetestspecimencontributestothefirehazardbygenerationofsmoke,toxicgases,orotherproductsofcombustion.Measurementofthedegreeofcontrolorlimitationofthepassageofsmokeorproductsofcombustionthroughthetestspecimen.Simulationofthefirebehaviorofjointsbetweenbuildingelementssuchasfloor-wallorwall-wall,etc.,connections.Measurementofflamespreadoverthesurfaceoftestspecimens.Theeffectonfire-resistanceofconventionalopeningsinthetestspecimen,thatis,electricalreceptacleoutlets,plumbingpipe,etc.,unlessspecificallyprovidedforintheconstructiontested.AlsoseeTestMethodE814fortestingoffirestops.1.1Thetestmethodsdescribedinthisfire-test-responsestandardareapplicabletoassembliesofmasonryunitsandtocompositeassembliesofstructuralmaterialsforbuildings,includingloadbearingandotherwallsandpartitions,columns,girders,beams,slabs,andcompositeslabandbeamassembliesforfloorsandroofs.Theyarealsoapplicabletootherassembliesandstructuralunitsthatconstitutepermanentintegralpartsofafinishedbuilding.1.2Itistheintentthatclassificationsshallregistercomparativeperformancetospecificfire-testconditionsduringtheperiodofexposureandshallnotbeconstruedashavingdeterminedsuitabilityunderotherconditionsorforuseafterfireexposure.1.3Thisstandardisusedtomeasureanddescribetheresponseofmaterials,products,orassembliestoheatandflameundercontrolledconditions,butdoesnotbyitselfincorporateallfactorsrequiredforfirehazardorfireriskassessmentofthematerials,productsorassembliesunderactualfireconditions.1.4Thesetestmethodsprescribeastandardfireexpo......
