【摘要】:Addition:ThisParticularStandardspecifiestheparticularsafetyrequirements,includingessentialperformance,forELECTROCARDIOGRAPHIC(ECG)MONITORINGEQUIPMENTasdefinedin2.101andhereinafteralsoreferredtoasEQUIPMENT.ThisstandardisapplicabletoEQUIPMENTusedinahospitalenvironment.IftheEQUIPMENTisusedoutsidethehospitalenvironment,suchasinambulancesandairtransport,theEQUIPMENTshallcomplywiththisstandard.NOTEAdditionalstandardsapplytotheEQUIPMENTcoveringspecificallyuseoutsidethehospitalenvironment.Thisstandardisnotapplicabletoelectrocardiographicmonitorsforhomeuse.However,manufacturersshouldconsiderusingrelevantclausesofthisstandardasappropriatefortheirintendeduse.ECGtelemetrysystems,ambulatory("Holter")monitorsandotherECGrecordingdevicesareoutsidethescopeofthisParticularStandard.
